More than 30 speakers from academy, research centres and companies have accepted the invitation to deliver a talk (see Provisional Programme) Others will be added as we proceed with the invitations.
The deadline for submitting a poster (max one A4 page, pdf format) is 31 August. Posters will be collected in one volume together with the abstracts of the invited talks and made available to participants and speakers for perusal to allow direct interaction and discussion during and after the meeting. It will also be possible to associate a videoclip (rigorously max 3 min, mp4 format only) to the poster. Videoclips, accepted by the organizing committee, will also be made available on the web site for the duration of the meeting. A videoclip contest with sponsored prizes will also be organized.
